Working out is hard. Motivation to consistently work out is even harder. In the world where there are many options but very little credible methods in which to screen those options, I want to recommend IN|HBT. The three women founders/teachers are well trained, creative, and supportive. In short, I look forward to their classes and company. The community of students are diverse and delightful. It is the best investment I have ever made. If you are interested in finding a satisfying way improve (both mind and body), check out these classes.

Our classes are designed around the wellness pillars listed below and are reflected on the schedule with the corresponding letter. In addition, all classes are live streamed and interactive. We limit attendance to 15 students per class to maximize our sense of community and connection. Please note that all classes are listed in Central Standard Time (EST +1 hour, PST -2 hours).
