Catherine Hesse
A movement teacher, teacher trainer and Holistic Health and Wellness Coach since 2003, Catherine was voted one of the Top 20 Barre instructors in New York City. In her prior career, Catherine was a professional singer, dancer and actor. Catherine finds a true sense of self teaching, with her students, sweating, laughing and working hard (don’t be surprised if she breaks into song mid-thigh quiver!). Catherine witnessed the power of mind|body connection in her own search for healing when she lost her mother at a young age. Catherine lives in McKinney, Texas with daughters Lily and Winnie, husband Jim and Biscuit the pup. Catherine is honored to be your champion on your journey toward creating a lifetime habit of wellness and self-care.
Cheryl Geiser-Potashnik
Cheryl turned her passion for fitness into a new career path after witnessing the extensive positive changes in her own health and well-being after years on the mat and at the Barre. IN|HBT represents the culmination of Cheryl’s dream of bringing everything she has learned after many years of teaching and over 20 years of living an active lifestyle to students from all over. Cheryl credits Catherine as her inspiration to take a chance on teaching, and is incredibly honored to partner with her and Natasha on this journey to bring their collective experience and enthusiasm to you! Cheryl has two sons, Louis and David, and lives in Boston.
Natasha Magee
Originally from Odessa, Natasha came to the United States as an exchange student at a time when Ukraine was still part of the Soviet Union. After completing four years studying English and Linguistics, she returned to the U.S. to pursue a degree in nursing. Natasha admits that, despite her education in nutrition, it took her time to find balance among working out, having a full-time job, raising a family and eating well. Fortunately, Natasha’s husband Dave also enjoys fitness, and together, they formed a healthy habit that persists today. Among our most loyal students, Dave has been a steadfast support to Natasha as she transformed into the skilled and inspiring teacher she is today. Mother to Alexa and Sofia, Natasha and family live in Dallas, Texas along with Instagram star @catnamedLila.
